Alterations and cancellations must be made by calling the Lodge Manager/Booking Officer (03) 5759 3505 and also forwarding an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

  • Any alterations to booked dates will incur a $25 Club administration fee per change.
  • For bookings cancelled more than 21 days in advance of the first night of booked accommodation, a credit will be issued less a $50 Club administration fee
  • For bookings cancelled less than 21 days in advance of the first night of booked accommodation, no refund or credit will be issued unless all rooms of the lodge are occupied, in which case, a Club $50 administration fee will apply
  • “No show”, your booking will be forfeited, no refund, no credit plus a $50 fee
  • Asgaard participates in the Mt Hotham lift company snow guarantee policy. If, due to lack of snow, there are less than 3 lifts (inclusive of at least 1 lift that services an intermediate trail) operating at Hotham 48 hours prior to your 4 pm check-in time of your snow holiday, you may choose to receive a credit or full refund on all pre-paid accommodation and lift company products. 


  • Documentary evidence must be provided to the Asgaard Committee if the cancellation or alteration is due to an emergency or medical issue.
